Placed a pickup order at around 6pm, said it would be done by 6:45. Got there at 7pm and our order wasn?t even started. There... was literally nobody there we were the only customers. They were playing around the whole time my husband sat in the store andwaited for it to be done. Forgot all of our sides and humiliated my husband. Never again. If you?re gonna let a group of kidswork in the store alone maybe you should make sure they?re doing their jobs. Waste of 40 dollars. Read more

Always great hoagies. Fresh ingredients. Like everything else, they've gone up in price but still a good deal. Wish you could... add bacon to a hoagie though. Read more

Usually our favorite hoagies but not Friday night. Ordered 3 primos size. An Audi with mayo , yellow mustard on a Big T and a... Sharp Italian. I received oil and vinegar on all. Maybe not a big issue for some but for us, we order them different for areason. I was really surprised because there were 4 employees making sandwiches and Primo wasn?t busy at the time of my order. Unfortunately until we were able to enjoy our hoagie, Primo was closed so I couldn?t take them back and have them remade. Hopefully we?ll have our hoagies made correctly next time. Read more

7/2022 I love primos! And I also love the buy one get one free for the birthday! Their meats are so fresh and I love their bread... as well. I'm also a fan of Jersey Mike's and I can't decide which one's better however I do know that Primo also comes with aPrimo price! But nothing good comes cheap. Read more

Stopped in here today and got a tuna sub. Asked for it plain w/ mayo (no lettuce or tomato etc..) Got home and they put dry tuna... on a roll. Luckily I had some mayo at home to put on it. Normally we like their subs a lot, but this was disappointing. $11.49for something that I had to tear apart and fix up myself, worse, I was sharing this with someone, so two people had their lunchruined. And no, I didn't forget to ask for mayo, it's right on the receipt "tuna, mix w/mayo". Won't go back, too expensive towaste money and get the wrong thing. Read more
