My partner and I came to the Broadway RR last night (11/20/22) at approx. 5:40pm. We were instantly greeted with smiles from the... hosts and quickly seated. What REALLY stood out to me was our server, a young man named Julian. We had our first toddler freenight in almost a year, and it was an important night for us. As a server myself, I have to give credit where it?s due. Julianwas a phenomenal server, and this has honestly been the best service experience we?ve had eating out since before covid. You cantell he is passionate about his job, and the importance of customer satisfaction for him. He hadn?t even come to our table orwalk by (at least I didn?t see), I was about to place a tablet order since I finished my water so quickly, and before I pressedsend he shows up with a refill. The food was also amazing of course! Red Robin has become my favorite chain restaurant overtime, but this location and specifically Julian made this the best experience. If you haven?t already, PLEASE show yourgratitude as a company to this man. If anyone deserves it, it?s him. Fast service. Good food. Not fancy, casual attire. Very ample portions. Go hungry and be sure to try the shakes.

On top of a longer than normal wait for the meals to come out, both meals were ruined. Cold and burned burgers. Since the wait... time was long, we cannot understand why the burgers were even cold! Received $5 off the total bill. In reality, more than $5should have been comped for the long wait and everything else. Our meals were worthless. Only thing worth the price was thedrinks and a side salad which was extra. Will not be coming back. So unhappy with the service and the food anymore with RedRobin. This is also the second time I have come here and was never offered more fries when I got bottomless. This place is goingdown hill. Read more

I haven't been here in more than ten years but decided to stop because i was passing one. Two people, both bacon cheeseburgers... 13.79 each with unlimited fries. One soda 3.09 and a coffee,unknown price. It was just shy of 36.00. Burgers were pretty goodalong with fries. Boy things are sure getting pricey but this is a little much. Four of us were there to celebrate a birthday, by my choice. As we were walking through the door, several people were walking... out, and angry. A woman said, "Don't eat here. They rip you off." That was the introduction to a bad experience. We wereguided to our table, close to the bar. Our table was very sticky, as though it had been wiped off with an already sticky, used,and unclean rag. Our waitress was also the bartender, who appeared disgruntled about something. She was rude, and obnoxiouslyloud. She took our order, as though she was doing us a favor. My husband ordered a beer, which was bad. When he told herabout it, and asked for another one, she got an attitude. She was purposely slamming things around, behind the bar, right afterthat. From the time we sat down, the horrible and unwelcoming energy ruined our time there. Later, we heard her say, to thepeople at the next table, that she was "calmed down now." My son, graciously, still gave her a generous tip, which she clearlydid not deserve. My choice to go there to celebrate a birthday, was a very disappointing one, and, most likely, won't happenagain. On a good note, the burger that I was looking forward to, for so long, was delicious, as usual, and well done, asordered. The fries were fresh, and hot. The young girl who delivered it, was exceptionally nice, and very courteous. Weunderstand. That these are difficult times, with staff shortages. People are stressed and overworked, but that doesn't justifytreating patrons disrespectfully. Having been in business ourselves, we know that it only takes one bad experience to poisonthe idea of ever returning to any type of establishment again. Great food, great fun atmosphere, with great service. It is the best chain restaurant. The restaurant is clean and organized... and a pleasure to visit with a very caring and attentive staff. We recently called in a take out order with curbside pick up.I was happy to see service is on a high standard even with a take out meal with quality and fresh ingredients . We ordered twosimple grilled chicken sandwiches, one on a lettuce wrap along with buffalo boneless chicken wings appetizer and everything wasdelicious, hot and fresh. Chicken sandwiches were moist and tender with fresh toppings and your choice of fries or anotherside option . It was fantastic!!! The order was perfect and exactly as I ordered with special instructions followed, whichis nice to see with a take out meal. Prices are fair and reasonable and portions are very filling and satisfying. All thefood was delicious. Many options and choices to choose from and I like that you can take any sandwich and switch out theprotein to your liking or dietary needs.. The meal was very enjoyable . There is a nice large bar and all seating is verycomfortable when dining in. Extensive menu with many choices as well as great dessert. Wonderful restaurant. I think waybetter than Applebee's.
