Young lady at the register wasn't friendly. One window open at 8:30 in the evening. Waited in line for 30 minutes to find out... the flavor I wanted ran out. If you run out of a flavor, take it off the board... it's that simple. This location also neverposts the flavors online like most Rita's do. My daughter loves Rita's, yet I wish they had a dairy-free custard so I can enjoy as well????
The young lady attitude was really really unpleasant. Her body language showed she really didn't care to be at work. I was so... afraid to eat my Gelato Icy, that's how discouraging her whole vibe was-NOT GOOD AT ALL! She made the icy and took it to theside as she was ringing it up on the register. I was trying to see, where she put the icy which had no lid on it that was beingheld in her hand.
