Giving my experience today 1 star is too generous for the food I was served. The Chophouse Burger they made for me was thrown... together! It looked nothing like the ads. It had a few puny pieces of onion straws on it. I asked for extra pickles and got 2. Ialso asked for lettuce and got what appears to be 1 piece of chopped lettuce. I can't see how anyone who cares about qualitylooked at what they made and decided to serve it.The only saving grace for this place is when I asked for a refund they gave itto me. The manager also made me another burger without me asking and I could tell he took special care in making it because itwas thick like you would expect it to be, but that type of quality should be the norm not when someone complains. I didn'taccept the new burger but it was a nice gesture. I know not to ever visit this place again just from that one experience I had.I wish I would have looked at the reviews B4 coming here. First time ever coming here, and was so excited because of all of the good things I've heard about it. But I was more than... disappointed with the experience. I ordered a number 6(all-American hot dog) after having to repeat it to the lady in the pasystem 3 times. I ended up with a chicken sandwich, #10, and it was covered in mayo. I ordered 2 number 7s, the quarter poundhot dogs, for the other passengers in my car, with some minor modifications, and both of the hot dogs were incorrect, and thecheese and hot dogs were cold. They had no onion rings, the fries were barely warm, and the popcorn chicken I also ordered werethe only hot things. But I did not get the sauce I ordered for those. The only thing that were correct were the drinks, and theM&M blast I ordered for my girlfriend was also correct, but the ice cream was grainy and unpleasant in both taste and texture.Sadly, this ruined the whole experience for me. 40 dollars wasted on food we barely ate. I ordered online and when I went to pickup they had nothing I ordered. They had no coffee, no bread to make the breakfast... sandwiches. This pic is of the Chili Cheese Tots I ordered. The food is good, but I waited in line for half an hour to get two meals. When I got my food, I realized that they forgot my... daughter's corn dog. I've now tried to call the store 3 times and I'm sitting in a stall with the "press to order button"activated, but I still haven't been able to get ahold of anyone I can only assume they're short staffed due to low wages.Please pay your people more and hire more folks Read more
This is one of the worst restaurants to order from. I live 22 mins away. I ordered food at 2:06 pm. It is now 4:17 p.m and the... food still isn't here! Every time I call I get sorry, order is delayed! Mind you, I have to follow up because no one at thestore is doing it! No follow up calls, no apologies, nothing!! I have to wonder how they stay open. Went there the lady was rude the table was broken had the tiniest sign on there. Get my food have one piece of chicken the rest... is the crumbs on the bottom of the bag for my barbecue chicken. Worst experience ever. As a fast food place, the convenience is to be able to obtain your food in a moderate time. This was not... the case. Few reasons why the airport rd. sonic failed today. 1. ?Ice cream machines are down.? That phrase is used too oftenhere. In the past 5 years I?ve gone to this location about 10 times. 3/10 they had the ice cream machine running. Today wasn?tthe day. Fail. 2. After ordering our food (no. 4 and a Chicken Slinger) we were told 10 mins later at pick up they were out ofchicken. Ten mins to realize they couldn?t complete our order. At this point we were ready to cancel, then they brought anotherworker over who seem to come off break and asked what was wrong. He then said ?oh no, we do have the chicken they just neverdropped it into the fryer.? So we decided we?ll we waited this long whats another 5 mins. And kept waiting. 3. Finally after30mins of waiting, I come home, fire up the oven to re heat the food that had been already made waiting for the chicken. Becausewe all would like to have hot food. I open up the package and this is what I find. A Burgerless burger. I was not upset, yet Iwas surprisingly amused. This truly was worst ?fast food? experience I?ve ever had. Trust me I?ve had bad before. Use myexperience as something to learn from when deciding where you like to have your fast food from and you decide what would bebest. Today I ordered a Chop House Burger Combo. I wanted to eat it hot rather than take it home. I pulled up maybe 20 feet to a... parking spot. (It's not winter it's approx. 70 degrees.). The Burger was ICE COLD. and the Fries Luke warm. So I took my foodhome to warm it up. After warming it up the Burger was Bland No Taste. I ended up putting Jalapeno Peppers and Mustard on it. NOHELP. You might ask why didn't I take it back while there. Well there's a hesitation there because in the food industry if youcomplain about your food, i.e, it's not cooked enough or over cooked , COLD and you send it back to the cook you might get itback with some EXTRA Condiment(s) you do not want.
