I am a regular at this location and it has always been my favorite. They were closed for remodeling and it breaks my heart that... the new layout that they now have is very messy and bulky with tables and chairs overcrowding with those storage closets in thelobby. Moreover, The tables, floors, bathrooms, lobby, and behind the counter are always messy and dirty. I haven't had an issuewith service and the team is still awesome but the whole store became an unpleasant dirty mess. Read more
I?m a regular here and I have never had any issues. Today, I went over during the normal business hrs at this location to place... a order. It looked closed, which was surprising. I saw a employee walking inside the store front and I politely asked ?hey? Areyou open?? She smirked and looked down and quickly locked the door. I said hey, I?m sorry I am just curious are you guyspermanently closed? and she ran inside and was laughing with all the staff in the store. Instead of answering my question. Mydaughter is a employee at Starbucks (different location) so I was shocked to be treated with such disrespect. That infuriatedme, so rude and lack of customer service. I asked a simple question and instead was laughed at and ignored. Looked like thislocation was emptying out the store into pods. I will never come back to this location after today. As someone in the serviceindustry, a simple ?no we are closed would have sufficed.? Pretending I didn?t exist and laughing as you locked the door wasignorant especially to someone who is a regular here. Your morning crew was awesome! Not sure what happened here. Read more

It's a Starbucks, so like every other Starbucks in creation it's the same corporate product as everywhere else. There are... about a dozen family owned coffee houses withing 10 minutes. If you are going to spend your money on 50 cents of beans andwater, you may as well patronize a place that is locally owned and operated. Another irritating problem with the billiondollar coffee shop is you cannot get an almond or amaretto latte, it's "toffee nut crunch" or "schnozzberry blast" because youcannot trademark "almond" what IS exceptional is the staff, they are great, should unionize, and demand $30 and hour becauseevery time I am forced to go there they are super pleasant, accommodating, and produce a consistently good product despite beingextreme busy.
