Ordered a coffee requested skinny vanilla syrup was told they were out of stock while waiting for my order I saw the syrup and... asked them for it the barista was annoyed very rude slammed the ice down and made me another coffee all wrong I paid 7.00 forthis coffee not happy now on another note this is the first time I ever had a problem and I go there frequently not sure of thisbaristas problem but she needs to adjust her attitude Read more
They should have closed the doors and gone home. Only 2 ladies, both confused, that couldn?t ring up orders correctly or fill... them. We were in there with 5 other groups ordering and all but 1 order was wrong in 20 minutes of them attempted to fill them.And to top it off the girl at the counter coughing said she had been sick all week. I have been here for a handful of times since I moved to a local apartment here and each time I have felt unwelcome and... dissatisfied with the lack of customer service and quality of food/drinks. I brought a friend a month ago and she ordered a quadespresso over ice and the employee refused to make it for her because they don?t do that. She has never been refused this orderat any Starbucks location. I decided to give this place another chance and when I walked in i immediately was yelled at, ?Areyou going to order some food?? No ?hello, how are you?? I wasn?t even looking at the baristas and it was actually embarrassing.I got my drink and said thank you and she looked at me and walked away. Total lack of customer service. The workers are justplain rude. I have a friend who just went there and said that she ordered her drink and they made it three times and on thethird time she told her she didn?t like it and the barista rolled her eyes, made it again, and it still tasted bad. I think theowner really needs to reevaluate it?s staff and business. To run a place like this that is now avoided by the locals, is not ok. Usually a 5 star but on this particular occasion, they closed early as we sat in the drive-thru, with another vehicle ahead of... us. The staff continued cleaning and ignoring us. They came out behind our vehicle and closed the drive-thru with their sign butnever acknowledged us. This was pretty rude. Read more
