I only saw a deli staff member act inappropriate with a customer, when she should have handled things differently. Other than... that 1 x I have never seen a problem with professionalism. Store is always clean. I mean people make honest mistakes, I don'tget upset over unimportant situations or things that I have no control over. Read more

One of THE Best Wawa's I've been to, busy but they take so much pride in their work.. perfect hoagies! The other locations could... learn from this one. When in the area I'll stop at this one vs any other Wawa, the others are mediocre but this one is sodifferent... just great all around Read more

Watched as guy filled bag with full container of milk tea sugar cups and more and walked out of the store .we ordered a chicken... salad but that is not what we got horrible place we where ask for money outside twice what a disgrace to Wawa Read more

I would give this place a higher rating but they messed up on my order I ordered a drink and a sandwich. Imstead I only got my... sandwich with a straw no drink. Its not delivery guy's fault they just handed him the stuff without the drink. Read more

So I just called wawa on 15th street because either was trying to place an order on one of the apps and the girl told me they... turned it off and when I asked since when the girl that answered told me "well we don't do it for just anybody" now myfrustration is that last week I went during night to order some food with my friends after work, it took more than half an hourfor a club sandwich and when the girl at the counter gave it to me she told me "I'm so sorry, the online orders keep coming inand we can't stop them, for ever person that orders inside the store, we get 3 orders from apps and those orders thems to bemultiple items so we're doing the best we can" Here's the catch, there were 3 employees behind that counter that night, tops Iwas just in that store this morning and yesterday around 5 in the afternoon, why are they putting 10 people during the day and 4during the night if they know it gets so busy and then refuse to at least give them the break of turning off the online apps sothey could at least keep up with the orders of the people that actually come into the store to order? Normally I don?t go to this location as much or order from there but the one night that I?m exhausted from work, stressed and... going through a lot, I decide to order through DoorDash. They send me a bowl that was literally not filled up at ALL. I?veworked for Wawa before so I know how it?s supposed to look and how it?s supposed to be made and it was so lazily done that Isent my friend to go there reorder a new one. I called the location and explained everything as professionally as I could. Iwork in customer service so I know how to talk. One of the workers who made this order was so disrespectful because my friendexplained why we were upset at what was received and she says ?well she should have cooked at home then if she wasn?thappy? Highly unprofessional. Never coming to this location again unless I absolutely have to and it won?t be for thefood. Like, look at the comparison from what they sent to after they fixed it and added ?extra? for the inconvenience. Justcrazy. Read more

I saw the commercials for their new coffee and was excited to try it. Long story short , I could not figure out how to order... it. The employees were rude and one of the two ordering kiosks did not work properly. I left without buying anything and Iwon't go back. They not only lost a customer, they lost word of mouth. Instead of a happy customer who tells everyone to gothere cause it's great, they now have a disgruntled customer who will tell everyone how horrible that location is and not to gothere. Read more
