This place seriously needs to step it up. To be a brand new Wawa and be so terrible with the service is ridiculous. I made an... order and got there 5 min after it was supposed to be done. No one knew where it was. I asked the woman who was supposed to behandling the mobile orders. She didn't know how to find the mobile orders, and after being shown how to find the mobile orders,she didn't know how to find the order details, like what items were ordered. After that was finally figured out 20 minutes aftermy order should was supposed to be done, they tell me it wasn't even started. And that I would have to wait for another 15minutes. As I previously stated in one of my reviews, I Love this location. I?ve been to this location at different times which means... I?ve encountered workers from different shifts. Well, I work nights now and I met a woman named Tiffany who works theevening/night shift. Tiffany has raised the bar for some of their employees. Her professionalism and overall courtesy hassuperseded my expectations. Tiffany knows my order and nails it every time. I?ve also walked in and would see her handling onetask and quickly start to help her co-workers out when she sees maybe too many people waiting on orders or the check out line isgetting too long. Tiffany will ask customers ?how was your day or how was work.? Those are the little things that mean a lot tome. I?ve written reviews about different locations and no matter what business it is, if service or attitudes are terrible I amgoing to write about it so when service and attitudes are exceptional I feel the need to write about that as well.
