This Wendy's unfortunately is so short staff, that you could wait a half an hour to get to the drive up speaker. It is really... sad because this use to be a busy place and you were waited on promptly and the food was excellent. I think there are only 3people on a shift. It is sad! Read more

Everyone who works here is a child and is high on weed. They walk away from the drive through and leave it empty for 40+... minutes. This is the worst Wendy?s in Allentown. Don?t waste your time nor gas on going there. Read more

If you can't run the place close it up we waited in line for 25 minutes and the person didn't pay attention to anybody waiting... in line to do take an order it was more important to do the only two orders you had on your screen. So if you don't haveconsiderate employees to run the place close it up. And sell it to somebody that knows how to run it Read more

Waited over 20 minutes in drive through with only 2 cars in the entire drive through lane besides myself. Then when handed my... food, they refused to say even a single word to me. Even when I thought stuff was missing from my order, I only get a thumbs upand not a single word... It was a mobile order at a not at all busy restaurant and took over 30 minutes to get my food! I was very displeased with my experience this morning. First of all, when I arrived to the drive through to order, I had to wait... way too long. This very well could be because or lack of staffing. Being in the food industry myself I can understand this andaccept it. When the employee finally came on the intercom, as I placed my order, after everything I said they responded with"anything else?" With the most rude tone I have ever heard. As I tried to order one order of French toast sticks, they keptsaying 3 orders, where I had to respond multiple times with, only one order. When I finally got to the window, which also tookforever, the same employee clearly seemed to hate their job and it showed. They had the same rude attitude towards anything andthe manager seemed to have a similar tone. All in all it was a very unpleasant experience and the negative energy was not theway I wanted to spend my morning. Read more

30 minutes in the drive thru and I was the only car! Ice cold fries, over cooked meat and I stressed no pickles cause I?m... allergic and they still put them on the burger. They refused to take cash and of course the frosty machine was ?broken? bunch ofclowns work at this location! Read more

Finally was able to order from this location. For the last 2-3 years, no exaggeration, wherever I would go there would be a... problem where they weren't serving food. From machines being down, not enough employees, they would come up with any reason whythey weren't serving food. You can't go inside, only the drive thru and when I was there you could only pay with cash. I don'tunderstand how they are still open while. They pay people to sit there and tell you that they can't do certain things so theyaren't serving food... then why have an open sign and 4-5 employees sitting inside eating. And this seriously had been everysingle time I would try to go for years. They said they were short staffed so they couldn't take orders, they've said themachine is down so they couldn't take others. They have said they couldn't take orders because there was no manager thatday.... I've heard so many reasons why they couldn't serve food. Read more
