I came here today with my wife for lunch. I watched the manager go to his car with his gloves and apron on. He then came back in... touching his nose. Never changed his gloves and began to deal with the food. When I asked him to change them he became verydefensive and NASTY. Do NOT eat here. Read more
It's Wendy's. Generally one of the better fast food restaurants in my opinion but understaffed just like most places nowadays.... So after waiting about 10 minutes and there were 4 people in line in front of me instead of 5, I left. Read more
It was just extremely awful I ordered chicken sandwich chicken nuggets and french fries everything is cold the chicken nuggets... taste like a rubber my husband order did not come out correct his stuff was very cold so we went back to have them correct itand maybe to give us a fresh batch of french fries and chicken nuggets but it seemed like they just took it and threw it backinto the fryers it came out extremely greasy and we both had upset stomachs for at least a day and a half after eating there Ido not recommend this place the people that work there didn't seem like they wanted to be there it seems like people have nopride in their work anymore and they didn't care about anything that you asked it was just awful I don't recommend this place toanyone, and also they took our handled food back into the friars! That is completely disgusting how many people went back withtheir chicken nuggets and french fries and they put it back into the friars where your fingers and everything were already onthe food how many other people did they do that with that is just a food for thought. 07192022 5:35 PM If you like word games, but not to get what you want "your way" this is the place for you. Ask a simple direct... question get a "non-answer". Not as bad as the one in MacArthur Road but on their way to getting there. Given time I'm confident they will. Hopefully, robotics and AI will come in and replace this, by the end of the decade. The AI and robotics will give amore "human" quality and understanding. I can't believe franchisees risk money in these times. As the demographics change in ournation and the world, money will be harder to come by to risk. The cost of money to start a business will rise by a factor offour in the coming years. I hope the franchisees realize that. The boomers are retiring in 2022. Demand will drop off. Boomerinvestment will be gone, where will that capital deficit come from? We'll see you in five years. I waited in line for 20 minutes at this location to order a chicken sandwich. I was told what I wanted wasn?t available any... longer so I ended up getting the 4 for $4. I got a chicken sandwich and asked for cheese too. I got home, opened it up, I get achicken sandwich that has a drop of mayo, a half piece of chicken and rotten pieces of lettuce! They pile lettuce on so it makesit look like they gave you everything! They need better management to make sure the employees check the food before they send itout before someone gets freaking sick. Unbelievable, I?ll never come to this Wendy?s again. Read more
My family and I have been going there for years and the service and quality has went down hill. The most recent time we were... there the manager at the drive thru window was very rude and most unpleasant. We ordered double stack burgers?..pub fries andchicken nuggets for the family and I asked very nicely which I have done many times before with success at most Wendy?s that ifthey can give me plain liquid cheese in place of the liquid pub cheese since I have an allergy to it and to my surprise wasdenied by the manager saying it will mess his inventory up but as a professional business man I know that a negative item takenoff an item and a positive item added creates an equal in terms of money, maybe a little inventory adjustment but it?s for agood cause also known as the customer who are the one?s that keep a place going through our purchases. I have added somepictures of the food right out the bag and it was as disappointing as the managers service. The burgers were hardened like oldmeat down a half hour before, the pub fries had a sliver of bacon and a sprinkle of cheese and the nuggets were over cooked aswell, not very good quality since there was not anyone else in line at the time. So hopefully they will get better at this fastfood restaurant because it?s in a good location. It just needs some finesse in customer service and quality fast food cooking. Read more
Horrible experience. Junior cheeseburgers where overdone?dry? rolls where old.. hard. French fries. 8 French fries in the... package. I will never go back there again. $16 for 4 jr cheeseburgers and 1 French fry? 1 soda? ridiculous! It took me 20minutes waiting to get the worst burgers I ever ate. Terribly disappointed in Wendy?s.
