The chocolate cake with white frosting was good. The French onion soup was okay, I didn?t like the cheese though. The burger... meat was juicy. The velveeta cheese isn?t my favorite. The bun was soft. The burger was okay, not my cup of tea though. Theonion fries were not good, I couldn?t even taste onion. The inside is very homey and rustic. The waitress was fantastic. Read more
This is my favorite place to eat lunch or dinner. The service is great, the people are friendly and the food is fantastic.
Great Food. Decently priced. Thick juicy burgers. We went on Tuesday and had their delicious seafood bisque. Received... excellent service. Everyone was courteous and treated us like family/friends. I want to express my deepest sympathy to Wert'sfamily, friends and staff: Owner Greg Wert passed away, the weekend prior to April 11, 2022. We used to frequent Wert's a fewyears back, prior to things getting tough. Glad to see they are one place that is a fantastic place to eat. Read more
Stop by here for lunch occasionally when it's not too busy as parking my work truck is challenging. Most of the time though it's... busy during lunch. This is one of the most friendly, welcoming establishment in the area. Family owned and ran. Seafood bisqueis definitely one of the best I've had. Lots of seafood packed in it. Fish and chips were great, fresh cut fries and fishbattered and fried perfectly, not greasy either. Awesome burgers, cooked to liking and juicy. Definitely worth a try if you'rein the neighborhood. Wow, this place is amazing! Clean, friendly, and excellent food. My husband said the French onion soup was one of the best he?s... ever had. The burgers were hot, thick, and flavorful. Sweet potato fries were crunchy and oh so delicious. Family owned, so lotsof rich character here. If the line is long, be open to sitting at the bar if you can. It?s worth the wait! Read more

We on a Wednesday at lunch time. We were seated right away and our waitress was friendly and attentive. I started with a cup of... seafood bisque and it tasty and loaded with shrimp and scallops. I ordered a burger with bacon, cooper sharp cheese and ranchdressing on it. It was broiled just right and tasty. Give them a try. Read more
