The atmosphere at this place was continuously noisy and unsettling. The issue was with one employee especially. She could not... stop running her mouth the entire time I was here, talking about things and using language that were completely unprofessional,even dropping one F-bomb and putting her finger inside her mouth to pick out food. It's amazing how the actions of one employeecan completely change the dynamics of a restaurant. Another issue that seems to be a frequent occurrence at many McDonaldsrestaurants is running the air conditioning so high that it dries out your eyes. Read more

Food is ok if you like McDonald?s food. We go for the frappes and lattes mostly. In the afternoons and evenings the crew rarely... gets our coffee order right, they aren?t very friendly or helpful, and half the time they?re cleaning the espresso machine orfrappe machine and you don?t get your order at all. The morning crew is great and friendly, usually no problems at that time ofday with our orders. Read more
Everyone here is so friendly! I use my app to get coffee and it is quick and fast. I love their Carmel iced coffee! If you... haven't tried it, download their app and get it for 99cents! You can't beat it. I especially love that no matter how early orlate everyone is very friendly! This is my favorite McDonald's location! I love Alma and this place is one of the many reasons!!
