The food and atmosphere were good here. We had the pretzel with beer cheese to start. I highly recommend. It was just the right... amount of soft mixed with the eight amount of salt and flavor of cheese. We then shared the beef brisket with sweet potatoesfries and Mac-n-cheese. Enjoyed my first of many more to come experiences at Roots. The smell alone was worth it. Ordered the pulled pork egg rolls and... the fancy clucker sandwich. Neither disappointed! Friend ordered the fried pickles and a pulled pork sandwich. The pickles weredelicious! Looking forward to going back soon!
