Happen to be in town on business. Found Mancino's Pizza & Grinders via Google and read the reviews. Located just down the street... from where I was staying, I drove here and ordered a medium Pizza to-go. Polite and helpful lady at the counter pointed out thatthis happened to be the daily special. In no time the order was ready. I took it back to my hotel room and dug in. I enjoyed thepepperoni and the freshness of the dough. I was able to finish a medium by myself, but I was full. Read more
3/4 times I had it delivered to a pretty popular store I work at and they were late and had my order wrong
Have eaten here many times in the past few years. We are in Michigan 4 months out of the year for the summer. Its definitely one... of the first restaurants we come to when we arrive, and one of the lasts before we go home to Texas. Sandwiches are huge andDevine! We wanted something quick tonight. A chain is rarely our choice. I waited 53 minutes for take out pizza. The only thing that... upset me was that a female supervisor type employee asked for the name on my order at the 33 minute mark. She returned shortlyand very nicely informed me that it was coming out of the oven?another 20 minutes went by and a nice young lasy brought out myorder. Why wouldn?t the supervisor just tell me someone screwed up? THAT would have been super impressive. Owning up to amistake is respectable. But, my fault for going there in the first place. Read more
