Food is decent - recommend their loaded fries (we like it with pulled pork and bacon and it is our favourite thing to get... there)! Recommended to make a reservation on Fridays or Saturdays if you're eating in the evening or you may be waiting an houror so. Salsa and chips are free per usual but bland as heck. Salsa could use a tiny kick and maybe lightly salt the chips whilethey fry up. Read more
Awesome restaurant! I got the Mexican flatbread appetizer and IT WAS SO GOOD!! I met the owner and he?s really nice too. Overall... a great restaurant! Only reason it doesn?t have 5 stars is the bathroom stall did not have a very good latch, maybe it was justmine but something to point out. Thank you for the awesome food!! Read more

3yeara ago this was my one and only place I would even consider eating at in alpena or surrounding areas... tonight was the... first time in almost a year we've graced their doors and again.... TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT! Our waitress Crystal (started in March2022, she said) was very accommodating and friendly) My problem with this place is the lack of quality control and seasonings!The food is super bland and the so called "fresh" vegetables like lettuce for the major one, and tomatoes, cheese, onions,cilantro leaves are CONSTANTLY MOLDED AND SLIMY!!! I've had ecoli once in my life and I'll be damned if it happens again! Thisplace seriously needs evaluated by the health department before the kill someone! And yes! You CAN die from ecoli! I was in thehospital for over 2 weeks after eating contaminated food less than 24 hours before!!! (And YES, IT WAS TRACED BACK TO THERESTAURANT I WAS AT! This place isbland, gros, overpriced. And , quite honestly the owner is a jerk... he won't even TRY to fixit... just tell you to get out! (Last experience, not this time) I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, let alone my worstenemy! Stay far far FAAARRR away! Read more

This place was great! We stopped in from out of town not knowing what to expect and it was fabulous. Food was great, service was... wonderful and prices were very reasonable. It was very clean and, despite it being packed, wasn?t too loud to enjoy our dinnertogether. There?s also a beautiful painting on the wall of the neighboring building that was quite astonishing, sit outside ifthe weather permits. Lovely place! Read more
