Sushi Ninja is the only sushi restaurant in Alpha, NJ. Fortunately, it is uniformly excellent! I've had probably every item on... the menu at some point and everything is great. It's a nice little space for dining in, probably only about six tables in total,but the staff is friendly and very nice. The takeout can take some time so plan ahead when ordering for pickup.
