Waited 25 min in drive thru. Paid for a medium coke, they gave me a small since they ?were out of medium cups?. Didn?t refund me... for the price. Forgot to include an additional sandwich in the bag, even tho I had a receipt. Finally gave me a sandwich. Tookone sip of the small drink after and there was no carbonation. I know there's staffing issues right now, but waiting over 15 minutes in the drive-through for a standard burger, while two... people in the line after me have their more complex orders (burger with extra pickles, burger with no onions) filled beforemine? It strains credulity. Shoutout to the poor assistant manager(Tamera?) who had to come out and handle the 5-deep car lineherself. I don?t eat burgers often, but I was craving one and I recalled the last time we visited the burger we had was amazing. It was... flavorful with fresh lettuce and tomato and I was hoping that we would have the same experience this visit. And we did. Theburger was so good! It was so worth the trip. What struck me also was how well it was wrapped. I know that?s silly, but it waswrapped like an expensive gourmet burger. Someone put a lot of care into wrapping my burger! I teased that whoever wrapped thatburger is invited to my house to help wrap Xmas gifts. It made me feel that they cared about what message something as simple asthe packaging send to customers and they packaged it with care. ???? I spoke with Mahogany (manager) later and I could tell byour conversation that she takes a lot of pride in her leadership role and she?s there for her team. Overall, good visit. Goodexperience. Would post No Stars if it would let me. After 15 min order, 2 rodeo chburgers, val fry & ring. Told to pay .17 on 2 BBQ sauce... req. Have problems with (fluff)charges. C'mon?
