I would give negative stars if I can. Used to my go to place for food. Horrible experience last evening. Man in picture worst... server ever I had seen in my life. Yesterday me and my pregnant wife went their for dinner. As we enter we wait at front deskfor more than 15mins. In those 15mins he saw us more then 7 times. All the time he ignore us. So finally we decide to leave theplace. My wife went to talk with him before we leave he was so rude to her and said really bad words to her(are we still inUSA). Guy looks like ?racists?. I know he was only server there but ignorance toward us can?t let him go. Manger or Managementif you read this plz take action on that rude guy. Read more
Until they hire more staff, it just isn't worth it. We waited for 10 minutes to be seated and another 30 before we saw our... server. There were only two waiters working so we tried to be patient but it is completely unacceptable not only to workemployees to the bone but to make patrons wait this long for service. I am not the type to write negative reviews but I don'tthink that it's acceptable to have a nearly empty restaurant and still have to wait 2+ hours for meal service when otherlocations can do it in less than half the time. The food we received was also mediocre. Next time we will trust our guts andjust walk out after the thirty minute mark. Literally watched the manager chilling out in the back while they ignored us. Like many restaurants, they are having huge difficulty hiring employees. On this visit, one poor server had to cover the entire... dining room and bar all by herself. Food was fine, but clearly the service was limited, through no fault of the server. I tookone star off only because the owner/manager should hire more people. Hint: that may require offering higher pay and otheradditional incentives, to compete for the best talent. Plenty of parking. Read more
My mom and I just ate here for lunch and the food was AWFUL! I ordered fajita nachos and the steak was chewy and had no flavor.... Moms food tasted a bit better, but still wasn?t good. It honestly tasted like both our meals were stale. So gross! The serverwas good, but she barely came by to check on us or anything, and we had to ask for drink refills. Definitely won?t be back ????
