Worst Chinese food place. I assume they buy chicken and bulk and freeze it for months. Tastes like it was microwaved. And I’ve... ordered from them multiple times. Read more

I have gone here off and on for many years because it's by my job, I ordered an extra large chicken and mixed vegetables and... asked for the rice it came with to be upgraded to fried rice. They kept my rice white and added a large pork fried rice inaddition. I picked up my order and paid but When I got home I realized they charged me 11.50 for the chicken and mixed veggiesand 9 dollars for a karge fried rice???? I called assuming the white rice was the mix up and fried came with large meal. Nopeyou get a small white rice with your large chicken. What a scam! Never going back and China 1 is better by far in price andportion and flavor. I have been to 7 other Chinese fast foods this year and I have never felt taken for my money and theattitude in that 5th grader was her mistake as she took the order and will learn how to properly address customers, she wasrolling her eyes over phone and the employee who took over the call spoke to me like I was just trying to get free food, if theywent back to when I called to place the order on the video footage they would know my order was wrong and almost twice as much. I think they’re making food for people with COVID symptoms because it’s absolutely tasteless. The white rice was sticky like... it was meant for sushi and not to be eaten alone. Especially not that much. The breading on the chicken is excessive and thegeneral tso sauce tasted like sweet and sour sauce from Wendy’s ???? NOT spicy at all. Barely tasted like anything. I had touse a Chik-Fil-A spoon to eat because I didn’t realize that I had to grab my own utensils. The staff was very abrupt with meand I felt like I was bothering them. The picture included is where I gave up on trying to eat this mess they tried to pass offas food. The best part was the soda and the two pieces of broccoli. A total waste of $9 and that’s a horrible price for alunch special. There’s literally nothing special about this. ???? Still hungry. Read more
