This is a fantastic place to go, especially if you want a real meal during the week. We had Charlotte as our server and we will... ASK for her again! She was so sweet and kind and for a Thursday night she had so much energy and made sure we were well takencare of! Blooming Onion is always a must, as it's great to share with the table. :). First time trying this location and it was a good experience. Came to meet a friend for dinner on Friday night and it sure does... get busy. We got lucky and with a full place we got a table right away. The restaurant is comfortable with a combination ofbooth or tables for seating. The look and feel is that of a typical steakhouse. The food was good and I was pleased with thetaste and quality of my meal. I ordered the grilled shrimp on the barbie with a baked potato and a caesar salad. You get breadwith butter and that was good too. I settled for a glass of sauvignon blanc, but they have good cocktail and beer options. Fordessert, we split the butter cake and it was good. My fiance and I ordered food to go a few weeks ago and the order had several mistakes. I called and spoke to the Manager Bree... and she told us she would comp the incorrect items for us and that she would give us a discount the next time we went in. Inever got the refund and forgot about it until tonight when we decided to go here for a late dinner. When our waitress came, myfiance asked to speak to Bree and we told her that I never received the credit from weeks ago. She apologized and agreed to compour entire dinner! We said we would pay for our drinks, but at the end of the meal we were told it was on the house. Ourwaitress Lauren was very attentive and kind and our food was great! We've been eating here for many years. I can say the last 10 visits since re-opening after COVID have been excellent. Lots of... new faces working there but the food has been cooked perfectly every time and the servers, hosts, and manager have been great.You can eat like a king ???? here for not much money...a great value for what it is. Went in today and had a weird experience with who seemed to be the manager (11/22/2022 at 6pm). As soon as we walked in, I saw... her smile drop to a frown. What was weird was she wanted to seat us at the bar. She asked 3 times if we wanted to sit at a barbooth, while there were booths available in the main seating area. It was akin to seating us in the back of the bus. I don'tnormally play the race card, but it is hard not to when it is blatantly obvious. I completely understand if there weren'tservers in that area or it was busy, but even the server seemed confused by the questioning. When we asked if we could get abooth in the main area, the server said absolutely, while the lady gave him the death stare. The booth we were sat at wassurrounded by people, so it wasn't like there wasn't a server for that booth. If it was a server issue, and she had saidanything like "oh, we don't have a server in that area," or any sort of explanation I would have completely understood. But fromthe moment we stepped in, her body language said everything. I don't plan on going to this location again.
