We had 3 small children with us ages 3, 5 and 6. We paid for two separate lanes. First of all we were told we could only have... one small ball for the kids. Then we were told we couldn't have a lane with bumpers. Since bowling shoes are made to slide, our6 year old grandson fell hit his head on a chair and started bleeding. No one at this facility seemed to notice or care. Ourbowling lane was shut off because we took too long cleaning up the blood. My grandson left immediately to head to the ER forstitches. I'd give less that 1 star if I could. My Dad and I requested work to be done on our bowling balls recently by their pro shop. We... dropped them off on a friday morning. The guy at the desk told us he was gonna get started on them that day. We alsospecifically told them that we had league night every thursday so we needed the balls done prior to that point in time. Wecalled them the following Wednesday only to find that they hadn't even started with them yet.
