Moved to Altoona a few years back, so I needed to find another spot to get a pizza. Didn't wanna drive 20 miles down the road to... go to my old spot. I'd say I critique pizza more than most, meaning, I will never call Domino's, Papa John's, Little Ceasers,ect... "Pizza." It's garbage. I consider pizza making an art... and NY/NJ produces a lot of masterpieces. With that being said,the best pizza I've ever ate came from those 2 places. I wanna get as close as I can to that perfection. If that's what yourlooking for too in Altoona, then I'd say get from Michael's! The crust is pretty good, u can fold it and it's not drooping atthe end, but not so crispy that it splits. Sauce is decent, same with cheese and pepperoni! I don't get a pie from anywhereelse! Also, their wings are really, really good too! Love the BBQ! The wings are cooked so that they're a little crispy, butmoiste at the same time. Read more
