This is the best Popeyes I've ever been to! The chicken sandwiches were super crispy, and everything else was delicious! Also,... if you haven't tried their "Sweet Heat" sauce, you gotta try it, it's not as spicy as you might think. I put it on my chickensandwich, and it was so delicious! Read more
Food was okay. Tried the dirty rice, not a fan. Ordered spicy tenders, they lacked much flavor. Plus, side items were not filled... to the top of the containers. (Very noticeable) My boyfriend ordered popcorn shrimp. They were out of cocktail sauce. Then heordered coleslaw...they were out. Then he tried for Coke Zero, which, you guessed it, they were out of. We had to asked to havean empty table cleaned because they were all dirty. It seemed as though one young girl was doing all the work. She was tryingher best, but a few more capable co-workers may have helped. Bathrooms, were messy and hadn't been tended to lately. I will not be going back. When I ordered they said 20 min for chicken. Ok so it would be fresh right? 50 min later I'm still... waiting while people who ordered after me got chicken and left. My dad and I were in the area for the day and stopped by to pick up dinner for the family. The whole store was empty and we were... the only customers there, and there were about 4 or 5 workers just talking. That?s fine since there were literally no customerswhen we walked in. We ordered a 20piece tender meal which comes with 3 sides and 8 biscuits. I had all my sides ordered asfries, and they said it would take about 3 minutes to put on a new batch of fries. We waited until they called that our orderwas ready. There were three boxes in the bag, 2 big boxes and 1 small one, so I stupidly didn?t think to check for everythingbecause I thought one big box would be the tenders and the other would be the 3 sides of fries. My dad and I get home, which isabout 40 minutes away, and found out they didn?t give us any of the fries. It was all on our receipt, so we know we ordered it,they just didn?t put it in with our order. If they were busy, I?d be more understanding, but they weren?t and they wereliterally empty, so I don?t understand how they could mess up our order by forgetting 3 whole sides. And it?s not like we?regoing to drive 40minutes one way for a freakin refund, and then 40minutes back. Read more
