The old lady apparently doesn't know how to read and follow simple rudimentary instructions especially when it is PREMADE and... all you have to do is READ which one to give me. Nobody cares about doing a good job anymore and its just sad. Read more
Given its proximity to HQ, I expected it to be clean (it was) and well-kept (ditto). It didn't seem to be as well-oiled in... operation as the Joppa, MD location I am more familiar with. There was at least one large beer delivery left in the aisle withno one actively working to put it away, employees working on food preparation seemed to be jumping back and forth betweenorders, and random people not recognizable as employees seemed to be wandering around behind the counters and through the foodpreparation areas.
