I ordered a simple ticket-- large tator tots with chili and a coffee on 10-28-2022 at 7:40 PM. I watched new people order and... get their food. At 8:05, I finally asked what is wrong? They were unable to figure out where the order went to! They were niceabout it and delivered it. Coffee was cold. No plastic silver ware included. I had to ask for it. Read more

It's Altus Sonic like every Sonic the food is overpriced especially if you use the app (up to a couple dollars more) flavorless... grease burgers. You don't go to Sonic for good food. You don't move to Altus for anything but a job. Read more
