The Alva Country Diner is a great place for breakfast, lunch, dinner. If you enjoy, out of this world country style cooking,... then this is the diner for you! You get that old country feeling when you enter the diner, and the waitresses are very fast andpay special needs to your attention! You can even sit at the bar and eat. It is great watching them cook those old time meals.The servings are so large and scrumptious. You don't find service and food like that very often anymore except at the AlvaCountry Diner. Wow! No matter how busy they were, we got treated with the best customer service. Being here is a positive eating experience... from beginning to end. Beth greeted with a smile, a lady named Nadine who looks like she could be a model was helping ALL thewaitresses with her bubbly personality and we were helped by 2 very wonderful and perky waitresses Donna and Eden. Beth evenwent to a private stash to get me some flavored coffee creamer. Truly great food as well. Never seen pancakes that are over theplate every time. This place is a gem! We were starving and walked Iup to about 20 people standing outside! We were honestly thinking we would... never get inside before they closed, but that was not the case at all! They very quickly sat each group when tables becameavailable. The food was amazing!! The staff was super busy and bustling around taking great care of each table with greatcustomer serves and great attitudes! We felt very welcome and right at home. They do offer overnight parking in the back lot forRVs and big trucks as well. This was a blessing for us in our toy hauler. You have to get permission from the owner and berespectful of the property of course. Thank you Nadine for being so awesome! This place is a Honey-hole. Service is great, foods better. The coffee keeps coming. Florida is going through alot right now... especially this area, this place offered HOT food, and smiles. Im sure every single person working today has something thatneeded done at home but not once were we made to feel like that. This placed offered some normal. If i could have given 10 starsi would.
