Well let me tell ya, I?ve been a Starbucks Contractor/ Customer over 20 years. My favorite Drink, ? Vinti Apple Juice, Over Ice,... 3 Classics Pumps, with a Shot, Caramel Drizzle. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. The employees were rude and unpleasant. We arrived and were the only people in line inside the cafe. We... waited 3 minutes to even order our drinks from an employee named Jaiden who never smiled and had a tone that made us feel wewere the biggest inconvenience (even though she wasn?t working the drive through or otherwise preoccupied). We waited another 11minutes (we timed it) for our drinks even though we were the ONLY ONES IN THE CAFE!!! Never heard ?have a nice day.? Never hearda single kind word. It was despicable. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building just like any other Starbucks so we went inside to try to save a little... time. There was nobody inside the store and we still waited 20+ minutes for our order. I know this is the only Starbucks in thistown, but you would think they would be able to handle the inside orders better instead of just focusing on the drive thru &mobile app orders. We learned our lesson and will be using the mobile app from now on because that is what they prioritize! Read more
