We had the pleasure of going to MyLeigh's Cafe on a Thursday and had the chicken fried steak, and pecan crusted chicken. Both... dishes were incredible! Not only were they delicious but the presentation was outstanding (I should've taken pictures). Highly, highly, highly recommend! In addition, the service was impeccable! What a lovely setting, calm and quaint with freshflowers on each table. From the time we walked in the door, we were greeted by Susan, kind and warm, and Chef Penny came out tovisit with us - she's completely lovely! I had the fruity pebble waffles. It was too sweet for me. It also came out cold and they took it back to warm it and it just... melted all the toppings. The chicken biscuit was okay I wish the chicken breast was more crispy to have an offset with textureto the biscuit and gravy. Read more

It's like the angels brought brunch down from the heavens above. This is the best restaurant I have ever been to, to date.... Everything was seasoned in their respective layers, prices are reasonable, service was impeccable, and whoever the cook is, ijust, i love you. I had the chicken & waffles sandwich with home fries and a mimosa, my son had the cheesesteak (we don't saythe origin, go 'stros) with seasoned fries, and we got the gumbo to-go.
