Manager so rude, fries cold extremely, packed cold ranch on the fries. Worst experience at a restaurant in years! Called I was... treated so poorly. I will never order from this location again. Extremely poor customer service and food quality. All of itthrown away soooo salty!! Read more
I am not sure what has happened in the past couple months but my order tonight was the worst ever from this location. I placed... the order online. The mango habanero barely covered half the chicken strips of 1 order and the fries that were supposed to be"crispy" were soggy & not a speck of seasoning was used. Very disappointed tonight. First time going to this location. I have to say it was the cleanest location I?ve been to. The employees were nice greeting me... when I walked in even though they were slammed. They all were very nice and even as busy as they were and I ordered when Iwalked in my order was out quickly and fresh. Great management and great employees! Ordered wings online, order was to be completed in 16-20 mins. Went in to get wings 20 mins later. Waited another 10 mins for... them and once given order went to car. Wife checked order and it wasn't ours. So went back inside and told them it wasn't ours,they took from me and handed to gentlemen behind me. (Luckily none of us were sick. So should've been safe to eat) but then Iwaited a few more minutes for our order. Went home to eat and the original hot wings I had ordered had a horrible taste. As ifthey were mixed with something else. Definitely won't be headed back anytime soon. Read more
