Is 5 stars too high of a score for BWW? Absolutely, yes, but I'm very emotional here. For starters, their bar has Wild Turkey... 101. Yes, Wild Turkey 101. Where do you ever see that bourbon other than sketchy bars that carry with them a moderate risk ofbeing stabbed? Much like Teddy Jack's, BWW also has a juke box that has death metal on it (unrelated, but The Drunken Oyster'sjukebox has metal too if you want to be fancy while you irritate your fellow patrons). I mean, come on. You get to drink thebest budget friendly bourbon in existence while listening to Suffocation and Behemoth, and there are funny signs on the Men'srestroom door! My only complaint and warning is that I got the same server two visits in a row, and he let it be known to methe second time that the cooks called me an attention seeking cheapskate who was merely after free food due to my completion ofthe Blazin' Challenge. The server was cool about it and defended me because I tipped him $20 on a ticket for one drink and afree meal, but being called cheap makes me feel insecure, though if the shoe fits... This SHOULD be a 1 star rating. Quality and flavor of food leaves much to be desired. Chips and salsa appetizer seems to use... recycled broken chips leftover from other people. Tiniest chicken wings I've ever seen. Dwarf chickens? My server, Elise, savedthe day. Friendly and professional, she actually cares about good service and doing good work. If I ever go back to thislocation, it won't be on Sunday or Monday because she doesn't work those days. Quite possibly the worst dining experience in years! It took 10 minutes to get a server to take our drink order. Friendly enough... young lady that was apparently very overwhelmed. She took our order, brought our food several minutes later, and only saw herone more time when I had to request my check. The restaurant was not busy or a full night. There was just no sign of help.Obviously sorry handed is the excuse of the day. That excuse is old and not acceptable any more. So, why 1 star? The restroomlooked like a crime scene! There was food in the urinal and the restroom liked like a 1970's era truck stop restroom in a badhorror movie. DISGUSTING!!! I am a Door Dasher. This was my first time to pick up a delivery from this place. I waited 50 minutes for the order! There was... very minimal staff with no manager in sight. The little waitress that I was dealing with was nice enough and doing her best totake care of everything. This was the exact reason I stopped going to this place personally. There are big flags flying in thefront that say under new management. I can't tell the difference. Read more

Worst Experience ever at a restaurant. Waited over an hour for cold food!! Usually love Buffalo Wild Wings! Tonight was awful!... When we let the manager Bree(spelling) know she was very rude and cocky! She said one thing then went to talk to general managersupposedly and came back and said that the GM said if we have any more complaints we did not have to come back! I would havegave this zero stars but had to rate it so I could leave a review. We have been out Black Friday shopping all day and we don'tmind paying for a great meal or even a half way decent one which this was neither of those. To be talked to like that isridiculous in this line of business! We all hold professional jobs and this is absolutely not the way we would ever handle ourbusiness! We will not ever come back to this location! Sad part is they were not even busy. Wrong salad, cold wings, and friesthat have been sitting out all day!!!
