This place needs to figure out their drive through line , been waiting 20 minutes after getting my food to leave the line !!!... They won?t let us out cause they lost the front of the lines order ! Make them park and bring it out your holding up the wholeline and people have places to be ! I?m gonna be late to school, managers and employees were rude and unprofessional when I wasasked to be able to pull out of the line as people have lives and places to be and don?t want to spend over 30 minutes in aChick-fil-A drive through line. I typically give Chick-fil-A a 5 star rating. This is the first time I have ever been to a location where everyone seemed to be... distracted. From the person taking my order, to the manager out in the line who seemed bothered that I asked which way to go, Astheir cones were a bit funky. I'm changing my review of this location. I arrived in the drive thru shortly after 10 a.m. on the day before Thanksgiving. As... expected, it was very busy. NOT expected, however, was the extended wait time in the line. I've never spent that long in aChick-fil-A drive thru. They are known to be quick and efficient with getting customers through the line.
