I placed an order for a staff lunch, family style, through GrubHub. We received the meal in a timely manner, but the gravy was... the consistency of water, and had to be thrown out. I called the manager to let them know to improve their quality control. Themanager could care less, and I never asked for a refund, or caused a scene, but she never once even apologized, and almost actedlike it was ok to have subpar quality of food. I then read the reviews, and it seems to be a consistent problem with quality andservice, which is usually a direct result of leadership. I went to the Chicken Express franchise page to see about contactingthe owner, because I am thinking the owner would also want to know about the quality of food being served. Nope, no way tocontact the owner, so I am hoping whoever does own this franchise at least pays attention to the reviews, before someoneactually gets sick from the poor quality of food. I will also say, I have never left a review for a business, as we all have baddays, but the blatant disregard for a complaint is extremely concerning. Read more
Just the worst chicken e. Food is usually cold. Order is almost always wrong. Why I keep going back I don?t know but this will... be my last time. Also most staff are awful. Rude and don?t know what they are doing. Read more
We will never buy food from this Chicken Express again. We ordered the family size chicken tenders and mashed potatoes and... gravy. I specifically asked for gravy to dip our tenders in and they said okay. Got our food and got home and found we had nogravy at all, not even on the mashed potatoes. Called the store and they said they had run out of gravy. It would have been niceif they would have informed us of that. That way we could have got another kind of dipping sauce or done something different.They didn't even bother to let us know anything. Just handed us our food like it was all there and no problem. I'd went thru drive thru for a late lunch. The lady who took my order was awesome, even tho I'd ordered okra and not mashed... potatoes , but no biggie. The fish is always fresh and the chicken tenders are too! We love chicken express!! Read more
