I order pizza from Domino's every 3 weeks for my pharmacy staff. I ordered from the one on Hillside Rd in Amarillo this time. It... was such an awful experience *due to CARLOS, the under qualified terrible customer service so-called manager at this location*!The young man that answered the phone was kind, but it was his first week, and he was very undertrained. I had to give him myorder 4 times then after paying with my cc that I had to give twice, he told me that the payment was $0.96 short. He then saidhe didn't know why, but needed my cc number again. I asked if I could just give the driver an extra $1 instead of charging my ccagain for less than $1. ONE HOUR AND 14 MINUTES LATER when we still had not received our pizza, I called with concern. They toldme that they tried to deliver it to someone named "Tim" at 7410 Cason Rd. That's not my name nor the address that I gave 3times. He put his mgr CARLOS on who told me that they sent it to the address given and that the person who came to the doorstated he did not order any pizza. Instead of calling the ph# they had and read back to me and asking for the name on thereceipt *all my info, including my name spelled correctly, was on the receipt when it finally came to me*, he said he decided tojust wait for me to call to check-in on the undelivered order. He didn't apologize or offer a refund, etc. Instead as I voicedmy concerns and confusion, HE - CARLOS - HUNG UP ON ME. I called back to finish conversation bc I thought maybe we gotdisconnected by accident, and he did it yet again. Maybe he was embarrassed bc of his error, but he took that emotion out inanger with me. He was so unprofessional and demeaning over their error that I will never order from any Domino's again. I feelterrible for the owner of this establishment bc Carlos is not representing the company well in the least. Very disappointed. Read more
I ordered online and it was completely ignored. Showed up to pick it up and they never started it. They made us pay TWICE, and... gave me the WRONG pizza. Incompetent service. Go elsewhere. Read more
I?ve ordered from this location multiple times over the course of 6 years. I always order my pizza with extra sauce, but this... location always skimps out on the sauce. It?s been a consistent issue every time I?ve ordered from here. Other locations give meplenty of sauce on my pizza not sure why this one is different. Read more

My wife and I ordered pizza and a chicken Caesar salad. The delivery took almost a hour to arrive, I received an email from... dominos that they failed to delivered to our address. When called I was met with a worker who just said my address but said Inever entered my apt number. They stated I did not put in my address in the delivery. Odd, I apologized about the mistake wastold the food was coming. When I hung up and checked the order my address and apt number was stated. Why lie? Lastly. With ourpizza and Caesar we ordered a drink and garlic dipping sauce and neither was given. I get it, 4 bucks isn't a lot in the grandscheme however I really wanted that sprite and my wife wanted her garlic dip. We will not be ordering from Dominos from thisexperience.
