Okay, so...not a real coffee place. Everything comes prepackaged in a jug for the most part. The quality is consistent..bit... sweet...not sure if there is coffee even in here actually. Staff are friendly...service is slow. I'm talking about pulling intothe drive thru and sitting for 30 minutes slow. That is unusual given their entire business model is on the drive up instacoffee. ...or so it appears. ...just not a big fan. Read more
Love Dutch but the speed and customer service here is lacking. Walked up to the window and waited over 15 minutes for one... drink. Knocked on the window and employees looked at my and another lady waiting and ignored us. Finally the third timeemployee came over called Omar. Asked for the GMs card and never gave it to me. He was rude and said they can?t my drink untileveryone in the drive through is taking care of. I told him the entire drive through had cycled and still no drink. I lady ina black expedition pulled up after me waiting for 5 minutes and she was exiting with her order already. If you forgot to makemy order just be honest and don?t make some story up. Read more
The coffee was fantastic and the people were amazing!! We are from out of state and they gave us great ideas to go do touristy... things, etc. As a whole a great place to get an Excellent cup of coffee. Read more
Blows my mind how a successful business like this has such a long wait time, there has to be a way to expedite getting your... drink, there has been multiple times that I had to leave the drive thru lane because the cars were barely moving. Nevertheless,I still can't stop thinking of how good those drinks are ?????????. Read more
