We entered the place ar 730 pm. The staff was in full close mode. We ordered without any issues but waited over 20 minutes for... what other McAlisters take 5 minutes. The food was marginal. My sandwich felt like it had been under a heat lamp for a while. Her salad mix was past the fresh date. One third of the greens were discarded. All in all a less than stellar experience. Very slow service at this location. Every time I?ve ever gone here, the order always comes out wrong. The sandwiches are good... when made right but you have to go through a lot just to get a good sandwich. The I-40 and western location is fast and alwaysgets our orders correct. Read more
I had to give one star for this to post. They don?t even deserve one star. There was trash all around the patio area. When we... walked in the entry way, it was filthy. The entry way needs to be swept and vacuumed. There were dead crickets on the ground.The floor was disgusting and the rug looked like it hadn?t been cleaned in who knows when. It was dirty everywhere. I can?teven imagine what it?s like back in the kitchen. My husband?s plate looked dirty like it had been used.
