they will not take your order at the counter, you have to use the kiosk. checked other reviews to see people had the same... experience. in the ladies room stall one has no door, stall two has no toilet paper, and as far as i can tell there is nomaintenance or restocking of the restroom. i can see another mcdonalds from their parking lot, wonder why this one is stillopen, or if the other one is even any better lol Read more
This location is NEVER open on time. On line it says this location opens at 5 am. This make twice in the same week I pull up to... drive thru and no one comes to the speaker. Absolutely DO NOT use the app to order ahead here. Sat waiting in the pickup area for 28 minutes. My order was 2 large drinks. I... watched 13 cars clear the drive thru window while I waited for TWO DRINKS that I had ordered ahead using the app. I walkedinside after almost half an hour, and they were JUST putting the lids on my drinks to bring them out. We stopped here on a long road trip. Wasted 20 minutes before even getting food. They insist you order at the kiosk. The kiosk... prices are higher than what?s posted on the signs above the register. We waited 7 minutes after placing the kiosk order beforeanyone even came to the register. The extremely bored and unknowledgeable girl at the register had no explanation anddefinitely didn?t care. Our order hadn?t been placed yet and we waited another 10 minutes for food. This restaurant is filthy-floor is dirty, wet, tables aren?t cleared, no napkins, bathrooms are dirty. We took our eat-in order to go because there wereno clean tables and no napkins to wipe them. A mile down the road we realized they gave us the wrong drinks. I?d give it ZEROstars if I could. Always busy, the drive through is always super long during lunch time. Never anywhere to park had to park in the spaces next to... McDonald's parking lot. The Manager lady is very nice and always gives us extra condiments free of charge. (My kids always needalot of ranch) Read more
