Service was a bit slow, but I think that was due to being short staffed. Food was hot and fresh.
EVERY TIME I go to this Wendy's location my order is messed up. They forget items. They will give classic chicken when spicy is... what was ordered. Ask for a jr. Cheese burger, which does not come with bacon, and they always add bacon, which my mother cannot eat. When you try to call to have the order fixed or request a refund 9/10 they do not answer. I did not have a good meal or experience today. My order was not taken correctly. Got old,burnt food. There should not be any... reason why I get less than good,hot food when I come & spend my money. I gave Wendy's in Amarillo to prove themselves to me,they failed miserably. I will not come here again. I will go to McDonald's for good, hot food. Customer satisfaction should be#1 at all times!
