Waited in line 25 minutes to get to the speaker. Then I waited 7 minutes just for someone to take my order. Pull to the window... to wait another 10 minutes. Their quality in food has dropped significantly. I use to love and brag about how Whataburger was way better than INnOut and... now, INnOut beats them by football fields. Ever since they sold to that bank, the food has been at a minimum edible. Read more

This store is extremely slow. Plenty of employees doing a lot of nothing. Several customers waiting on their orders. The real... kicker is the guy behind the counter sneezing into his gloved hands and not changing his gloves. It's been 20 minutes and stillno order. Whataburger is a very successful chain, but their drive through service is horrible. It took me nearly 30 minutes once I ordered... to get my food. And it is not just this one, it is all of them. The food is good, I had a grilled chicken Cobb salad. It wasgreat. They need to figure out a better system on the drive through. Read more
