The staff is amazing. The prices are phenomenal, especially for the huge, fancy, unique donuts you get. They have so many crazy... amazing donuts that are not available anywhere else. My favorite is a couple of their "girl scout" cookie flavored, buckeye, andtheir filled to the brim donuts. Check them out before you go to any other donut shops around. The big donut chains betterwatch out! These people love their job and you know it after eating only 1 bite. Nice to see people that still love what theydo. That's hard to find these days. It shows from the way they greet you, the customer service, the personal touches todecorating the donuts, to the repeat customers they know by name!! Who can pass up one of the best yummy - delicious - amazing- beautiful donuts that are clearly made with love. Used to really love marcellas but about a yearish ago....my father found a thumb tac in his doughnuts from this location... I... know what you're thinking why are you writing about this now? Honestly kinda forgot about it because this was during the time wecouldn't write reviews due to covid. And nothing was resolved. My mother bought a fresh box of doughnuts from you guys. Icalled to ask for a manager (wow Karen haha) no really my father bit into one of the doughnuts and it had a thumb tac in it! Mymom begged me not to call. I called simply for the purpose of the fact I know accidents happen and I DID NOT WANT THIS TO HAPPENTO ANOTHER PERSON OR EVEN A CHILD!!! Manager said she would call me back to resolve this!! She also argued with me about thatthey don't use thumb tacs near the baking area. Makes sense to me but mistakes do happen and I think that's what upset me isthat she disregarded what I said! It was truly disappointing for someone who loved this place so much.This is very upsetting dueto the fact I wanted somewhat of confirmation on this issue and that it will be resolved. Never said sorry or anything. I willnot be back due to this incident. Read more
