This is usually my go to Starbucks. Everyone is always friendly, the service is prompt and the drinks taste great. Today we... ordered our usual, 2 caramel ribbon crunch fraps with a pump of toffee nut. One was decaf and the other was regular. The baristafilled the bottom of both of our cups with whip cream & caramel and then poured our coffee drinks in and added the top layer ofwhip cream and caramel. I don't recall there being a bottom layer of whip cream in any of my past fraps, but not only did ourdrink look different, they also tasted differently due to this. Every time I go over there the employees are very nice
This review is solely based on management's inability to schedule more than one person on staff at a time. The last 3 times I... have tried to visit this location, there is one worker behind the counter trying to keep up, while customers wait 20+ minutesfor a drink. This location could push twice the business it already does if you simply staffed it. Read more
I came in Close to V day,I asked for a Grande Cloud Macchiato.Let me tell you it was a tad strong but really good over all.Staff... was very friendly. They did not have Cakepops made(could have been the time . NOT SURE). Mostly clean could have been cleanerover all minimum rating is a 3.5 Highest was 4.0. Read more
