We had reservations but when we got there they told us there wasn't a table yet. They then proceeded to seat 4 other parties... before us that I know didn't have reservations. One of the parties had even come in after us, so it definitely wasn't off to agood start. The chips and dips were good and we really enjoyed the taquito appetizer. Other than that the food was mediocre atbest and the service was about the same. The fried ice cream was a huge disappointment. Will definitely not return as there arefar better options for Mexican food in the area. Read more
I found the Carnitas to be fairly flavorless. The Spanish rice was acceptable as were the refried beans. The salsa is fabulous... but it could be a bit more spicy. The weed stuff are incredible. I absolutely love Mexican food. I’m surprised to say that I don’t think anything was made with any spice. I usually have my... food made with extra red sauce since I absolutely love my food hot and spicy. There was absolutely no zing or hotnesswhatsoever. Even the sauce isn’t spicy, but rather sweet. The waitstaff was top notch and friendly. They were busy when we came but they did a great job letting you know. The food... however was subpar. Everything from the entrees to the chips needed more salt/seasoning. Carne asada was cooked nicely butlacked flavor. Chimichanga was fried to perfection but again flavors were standard. Read more
