Shocked at how rude my family and I were treated while we placed a simple order. Avoid this place. We will absolutely not be... back. Edit: I've now looked at the other reviews - they also told us they were out of hamburger patties. This place obviouslyhas a serious management problem. Read more
I've only been here a few times, but every time I have, the service here is worse than poor. The staff are rude, lurking in the... back, or on their phones. It takes way too long to get a burger. Or they'll just claim to be out of something in the earlyafternoon. Like how dude? Also don't even bother ordering it from doordash or other food delivery apps. I tried to this eveningand they canceled my order and the store was listed as "temporarily closed" but within 10 minutes of my order being cancelledthe location was suddenly open again. You better do something about this Mr./Mrs. Owner. This place is tanking fast. Read more
I asked for an A2 Combo meal, but then decided to change it to an A7, and the woman on the other end sounded incredibly... frustrated by this. I could hear her grumbling. Then she didn't read back my order or give me the total, and when I asked her toread it back to me, she said it was an A2 combo meal. When I told her that I had changed it, she started ranting in Spanish. Ican only assume that she was cursing at me or complaining to a coworker. Why? Simply because I decided to change my order? Andshe was apparently too frustrated already to pay attention to the change? I guess I wasn't clear enough with her, because shegave me the burger only, not the combo meal I was asking for. I should've just left and took my business elsewhere, because Ididn't trust eating the food after this unnecessarily hostile customer service experience. Read more
Had a couch on top of my vehicle and was told to order online because I couldn't fit through the drive through. The app only... gave me locations is California not where I am in American Fork Utah. My mom only got Texas locations on the website, and youcan't order in the Lobby. So we were forced to go elsewhere. Don't bother wasting your time if you haven't ordered online aheadof time and not use their app you have to get the Doordarsh app because their app is useless. Read more

This is the worst location ever ! They didn?t know what kind of drinks they had for kids. When I got my food they didn?t say... anything to me at the drive thru just handed me bag handed me both drinks at the same time and looked irritated , handed me mycard covered in soda and put about a quarter cup of mustard on a kids meal burger , what kid, or person for that matter wantsthat much mustard. You?re better understaffed then staffed with people that can?t do their job. Read more
