I really wish I could post a picture. These wings look like there were cooked and sauced 3 times. Hard, black, and a rock,... they should not serve these to anyone. I wouldnt say close, but take the wings, off until training is done properly, on thewings. I know Terry wasnt there, because he wouldnt have let those wings went out the door. I need my money back; I used myrewards and that was a waste at this location. If u are in Americus, Ga, dont order any wings or order when they first open,maybe its better. Read more
I wouldn?t even give a star because it?s such a disaster paying $35 for 2 pizzas that aren?t cooked fully. Very terrible for... stomach????and the cheese just don?t smell right?? Read more
The staff was very rude and very incompetent. The order was placed originally online but was cancelled by the store for a reason... they were unable to give. Then we called the store to place the order over the phone and spent over 20 minutes mainly on holdtrying to place the order to someone who had no clue how to do their job or provide customer service. We were unable to placethe order we actually wanted but settled for a different order and we went to the store to pick up the order. Also, we wereovercharged for the order but paid it anyway because we had already been trying to get the pizza for 2 hours by the time wepicked it up. In order for me to even consider going back to this particular Pizza Hut, there will have to be a drastic changein customer service and the staff. Pizza was TERRIBLE. Improve freshness of ingredients. Vegetables were limp, cheese was sparse. Need WAY more marinara sauce on... the pizza. Crust was also VERY soggy. Service overall was just bad. First time getting anything from this pizza hut, and theLAST time. Read more

Ordered 2 Personal Pan Pizzas and an order of bread sticks. Ordered for delivery around 4:45 with an ETA of 5:17. When I... received my order it was cold, and one of the Pizzas was wrong. One of the Pan Pizzas was supposed to be Extra Pepperoni andExtra Italian Sausage with light cheese. What I received was the opposite. On top of that the order was late by almost 20minutes.
