This is the worse Popeyes I have ever been too. I ordered a 3 piece chicken meal and didn't even get 3 pieces I got 2 pieces.... The side was dirty rice they gave me red beans and rice. Chicken was dry. If you look at the parking lot there you should knowwhat kind of service you will get. If there's barley any cars you know its teenagers working and it's not going to be goodservice. The workers didn't say thank you when I said thank you. Just very rude. As a college student at georgia southwestern Iwill spread the word to not go to Popeyes. Check your order before you leave!!!! I've talked myself out of doing a review several times. I've gone to the point of posting a review, and took it down. But,... enough is enough!!! On one occasion I was here at 10:20 a.m. to get some chicken for a funeral. No one ever came on to take myorder, at the drive-thru, so I pulled around to the window. The lady looked at me like I was crazy. Online, and the posting onthe window said they open at 10:00 a.m. She told me it would be about 11:30. Another occasion, I ordered an all white 3-piece.But, was given a 2 piece dark, with red beans and rice. The gravy that goes over the rice was so thick and dry, As if it wasscraped from the bottom of the pan.Another occasion, I ordered some mild chicken for my mom, and aunt. But, was given spicy. I would avoid this place for sure. First They were out of almost everything at 8pm on a Saturday night. We ordered chicken strip... meal and fries and were told to pull forward in line? we waited 25 minutes and finally I went inside and asked for a refund.There was no customers inside, I wonder why? it literally took them another 10 minutes to figure out how to give me a refund.Terrible customer service. They did not even try to apologize for being out of everything, the long wait, or the fact that wejust wanted a refund to be able to leave. ???? Read more
Thisplace is going downhill fast. There was a time I'd give it five stars, but the quality continues to plummet. I don't even... think it's the staff. It's got to be a management problem. How do y'all not have spicy chicken? Not even the spicy chickensandwich? It's just sauce... I finally got my chicken strip, and they were cold... I had to pull forward to wait for coldchicken. And I wanted fries. All they had was beans and rice. What? It's just sorry. Customer service can be bad when the foodis good... but when the food is cold, and what you want is unavailable, come on.
