My mom wanted seafood!Its Friday night almost like a southern tradition. Well, I checked the online menu and made my... selections. I called in my order only to learn the online menu prices Don't Reflect the Actual seafood center prices. I wastold that the manager was out sick and the online menus prices had not been update. False advertisment at its best! Totalorder was $ 40+The online website mentions delivery, also not True, and then a gratuity charge of %10. I am picking up myorder. ( my car, my gas, and on my time) Upon arriving home, the orders had been mixed up. The tea weak and under sweeten. Get it together and change those online menu prices. Remove the %10 tip. Read more

The owners/managers need to know you have agrateful and wonderful team, please give them the tools to reach their potential and... provide an "as advertised" experience at least. Years of F&B experience, and NO boss should pool ut their employees in aposition to have to constantly apologize. The staff is wonderful, the food, not at all unless frozen filets/nuggets are worthover 10 bucks for a meal to you. After several tries, it has yet to be anything more than "I am starving so whatever." Warmoysters, was told on 3 different occasions there were crab legs available yet they weren't so I gave up on that dream. I seepeople eating it really high saying it's the best they have had. As a chef, I PROMISE you, just hit me up and I will pay foryour meal (even as a broke sous!). I tried so many times to enable good fresh food in americus and bagged frozen and fried wasalways easier. ANYONE trying to find the average, base standard with higher quality and lower price in this area, you're morethan welcome to call. Especially the staff. I NEVER poach employees but it hurts to see people having their potential limited sobadly. It was PERFECT as far as staff and "chef/cooks" attitude, but they can only work with what you give them. This town isDESPERATE for over 15 years now for in town restaurants to serve worthwhile food. Why are people so resistant to better qualityfor less money and more restaurants able to provide this...? We had lunch yesterday and we got tilapia and catfish the tilapia was over fried it was so dry that I could only eat the center... of the fish and very little of that the fries were nasty coleslaw was good hush puppies were too small but we had to wait 45minutes on our lunch and it was very disappointing when it got there there was so much moisture in the back room that I askedfor salt the salt shakers were clumpy and even the packets of salt when she asked for salt she handed me the paper packets theywere the same way will I go back no not at all not for lunch at $30 you can't eat it Read more
