Updated after my review 3 years ago! Buckle up, it?s a long review. Here is a new review after my first one 3 years ago because... unfortunately this location has declined in service significantly. For one thing, the hours they have been open and closed areridiculously confusing. One month they are closed every Sunday and then they update their hours where they are open on weekendsbut only until like 1 or 2 pm?! Come on.. I don?t know about other people, but it has been quite a struggle the last few monthsordering turkey sandwiches. I understand that there was the bird flu going around (which is completely understandable why theydidn?t have it during that time). BUT one day I see it on the app and then the next day the sandwiches with turkey arecompletely gone. It was so frustrating but thankfully they have it back in stock now for a while. The hours and turkey shortageweren?t even the cherry on top though. My boyfriend happened to look on the app on a Sunday, (because the hours have been somessed up) and they said they were open. We even went as far to check the actual website for the Amery location and it said openas well. We drove over 20 mins away to get our turkey sandwiches (finally after a long time of not being able to order themonline) only to find that after submitting the order (and paying), that the store was closed that day and it was posted on themenu outside. Thankfully the order was eventually cancelled, but the app and the website still said that it was open. My adviceis either you open the store on the hours specified, or update the app so people don?t submit orders to a closedrestaurant! Overall, there needs to be more consistency with this location. It?s understandable that things happen and yes mostplaces are short staffed. However, this has been a recurring problem at this location for months and they need to update the appto reflect when they are open (or not open), or better yet, be more consistent with their hours altogether Read more

Great food when you can get it. The Amery store is EXTREMELY inconsistent with hours. Today (Sunday) posted hours are 11am-3pm.... It?s currently 1:28pm. Try to order for delivery??delivery unavailable??. Ok. No biggie. They?re probably short handed. I getthat message about 50% of the time i try to order. So I figure I?ll go pick it up. ?Online ordering currently unavailable?.Ummm, what? I call?no answer. Theyre closed. Which sadly is very common for this store to be closed during posted openhours. In short, when they?re open, the foods good. Deliveries are usually (but not always) accurate. But their hours are veryunreliable. Very poor reliability.
