the owner is the sweetest human being on this entire planet I?ve nvr met someone more kind and caring. The food is also so good
Phenomenal burger. However, customer service couldn't be worse. Waited almost an hour for food and had to let staff know (after... I have been standing in front of them) what my order was. I saw a worker eating a double cheeseburger in front of me when I hadnot received my order yet and there were at least five people in the food service trailer while I was waiting for my orderduring the duration of my order. When I discussed that my order had not been received, the person had told me they were notworking there. Nonetheless, they finally began working on my order once I told them and when I got my order, my fries werecompletely undercooked but my burger was cooked perfectly thankfully. The customer service needs a lot of work, but at least theburgers were the one salvageable part of this experience. Please hire better workers because the burgers are fantastic but theworkers clearly do not care about customer service and timely assistance. Read more
I stood about for a bit longer than I cared to though it seemed like they had several pickup orders put in simultaneously, I... assume before I got there, probably for delivery. I did show up around bar closing time when the goofball college kids aretrying to order before they pass out. Anyway, the food: Man, the bacon cheeseburger was the real deal. It was juicy, wellcooked and the tomato lettuce and onions were spot on, especially the onions. The bacon on a bacon cheeseburger is the key, yadig? Well, they did the bacon right.
