Food delivered 45 minutes AFTER specified delivery time on a weekday night (not at prime time) and not once but twice!! Food... that was supposed to be hot, now no longer even warm. Plus the cost of delivery, the required tip, plus a ?service fee? came toalmost $20 on a food order totaling $40! When I called the central office to ask (after hanging on for 15 minutes) if theywould credit any of the fees, they just repeated ?Sorry for the inconvenience? three times. Zero accountability. Over TWO HOURS to receive a small Hangar order on a Sunday evening. When the order finally got here, it wasn't even hot. They... only offered a voucher for half the cost of my order and, like other reviewers experienced, the person on the phone kept talkingover and interrupting me. I've used this service a couple times in the pass and they are below average at best. I ordered food on the 11th. Delivery... express calls me to tell me the restaurant is closed and that they will refund my money. It is now Saturday and no pendingrefund on my account. The woman on the line was short with me and essentially gave me the "I wasn' their on that day sir"speech. Im out 25.00. Dont trust them. Luckily they are plenty of other food delivery services; it just helps to have your fooddelivered when your sick and not able to cook or drive to go pick it up. Read more
