So very disappointed. My husband just went to our local Arby?s to pick up a late dinner. The main reasons that he went to the... store himself rather than order delivery through DoorDash was because we had received a flyer in the mail with coupons that wereonly good in the store and also there was an item advertised in the flyer that my husband wanted to try that was not availableon the DoorDash menu. So tell me why on my receipt it shows that despite handing the employee three separate coupons none ofthem were deducted from our total one was for a five dollar meal one was for two turnovers for $2.50 and one was for $1fries. As you can see, I clearly clipped the coupons and the receipt does not show them. According to my husband, the employeetook the coupons, looked at them confused, tossed them on the counter, and left them there. Then proceeded to hang on to thereceipt until the last second. Their sandwiches are always super good but twice now through doordash I didn't get sauce with my mozz stix and this time my... large fries were only half way full.. Arby's is expensive so if im paying for a large fry I don't want a medium fry. A bitdisappointed. Read more
The staff were doing what they were supposed to be doing, at least when I was there. The lobby is fully renovated. Definitely,... one of the nicer Arby's that I've been to. Wait times were exceptional. Read more
Nice place, service is ok. Don't expect a smile, more of the "what do you want" attitude from the staff. Not rude, just not very... pleasant. Good food, hot and in a clean atmosphere. Read more
