Ordered take out on 8-28-22. Ordered country fried steak. Onion rings. Pancakes and a crepe. Got 5 onion rings! I would be remiss if I failed to send a note of absolute appreciation for the AMAZING service and meal provided by the staff at... Denny's on Maple. I am a representative with a biopharmaceutical company and I needed to provide lunch for 25-30 people at alarge office nearby. Colleen was honestly fabulous! Her customer service oriented approach, professionalism, courtesy, andattention to detail were noteworthy! When I placed the call to order, she was attentive and offered suggestions to make thisorder perfect. As a rep, you are only as good as the food you bring...so I was well taken care of. To the kitchen staff, thelunch was fantastic! The hot foods were hot and the cold food was cold. The food was fresh and plentiful. To the wait staff whoworked with me, very courteous and professional! From the minute I walked in the restaurant, I was greeted and my order wasaddressed immediately. Colleen walked me to the car and made certain my order was correctly packed and all there. I really can'tsay enough about her. The well-roundedness of this experience was incredible. This is not the first time I ordered. Thisrestaurant and staff offer consistency as I have ordered previously and received the same attention to detail. We stop here on our way to Cedar Point. Today it was on our way home and I wish we didn?t. The server was very nice. The... manager NOT at all!! The food was sub par! After waiting an hour to get it. It was not hot. My crepes were cold and crunchyand my eggs were horrible! Never received our appetizer. Never received the toast I was charged for. (Did get my money backafter I had to bring it to their attention.). The manager was rude, kept rolling her eyes and talking about us to theemployees. We heard her!! It was a horrible experience.
